Just a random thought: The Army adoption of berets was a mistake. They look gay! Our Army now looks like every third-world army and the surrender monkeys!
As a poster on a military forum put it:
“Hot in summer, cold in winter, and it doen’t keep the sun out of your eyes. Priceless. Oh , and no 2 people wear it the same way. I think it’s a silly french affectation. “
AND they make the wearer look like a butt-commando!
